Hello Calvary Family!
This is a reminder that our spring congregational meeting is scheduled to be online on Sunday, May 30th at 6:00 PM. We will have ministry reports, new members presented and voted on, and an update on the GDE project. Please register via the zoom link below prior to Sunday night. If you registered previously, you will receive a confirmation email from zoom.
Please note that adherents are welcome to attend, but only members may vote. Here are some details to note about voting and asking questions during the meeting:
- voting will take place on your device/computer. The voting will appear on the screen and you will be able to answer it in real time.
- votes will come up for everyone attending, so non-members need to “X” out of the vote.
- each device is only able to vote once so if you have two members together watching the meeting, you will each need a device to vote with. When the vote comes up, you will tap/click the answer that you choose and then tap/click ok.
- if you have questions for presenters, tap/click the Q&A button and type in the question.
