Lead Pastor
It has been a privilege to give leadership to our Family and Community Life ministries since 2008. On September 17, 2023 the Lord affirmed His next ministry assignment for me and I was honoured to become the 16th Lead Pastor in Calvary’s history. My passions are to help followers of Christ mature as disciples and to see Jesus introduced to those who are lost. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Religious Studies from Trinity Western University and a Master of Theological Studies from Heritage Theological Seminary.
When I am not at work I love spending time with my family. I am married to Jen and we have been blessed with four children and one daughter in law, Jason and Reegan, Darrell, Natalie and April. Together we enjoy outdoor activities that include hunting, fishing and making maple syrup. Growing up as an MK in Africa we also enjoy trying different cultural foods, with Ethiopian being our favourite.
email KelvinExecutive Pastor & Ministry Team Director
I've been in leadership at Calvary since 1996 and joined the full-time staff team in 2002 and currently serve as Calvary's Worship Pastor and Ministry Team Director.
I've been married to my beautiful wife Debbie since 1988 and we have enjoyed raising our three children here at Calvary: Rachel (married to Jordan Doner), Katie (married to Will St. Pierre) and Ben (married to Abigail). I love the beauty of God's creation and enjoy fishing our local creeks and lakes.
It's exciting to see the impact that God has allowed our church to have as we have tried to practically live out the gospel of Christ. I'm also thankful that Calvary has been a great place to grow in Christ and how it has also contributed to my family's spiritual growth.
Worship Arts Pastor
I started as an intern at Calvary in 2011, became a ministry associate in 2014, the Music and Technical Ministries Pastor in 2019 and as of April 2024, I transitioned into the role as Worship Arts Pastor.
I am responsible for preparing most of the music we sing at Calvary, whether it is on Sunday mornings or evenings, or on Thursday nights at Young Adults. I also oversee all of our technical ministries. I married my beautiful wife, who also happens to be named Jordan, in December 2013. Together we have three children: Benaiah, Joshua, and Lyla.
I love to play and watch any sport you can imagine, particularly when the Bruins, Steelers, or Fighting Irish are playing. I also love spending time with my family and eating as many hamburgers as I possibly can. Calvary is a great place to call home. Our programming is top notch for any age group, our community is caring, and we take God’s Word seriously.
Technical Arts Ministry Associate
I came to Calvary as an intern in 2014 and became the Technical Arts Ministry Associate in 2017. I oversee Calvary’s technical ministry (sound, projection, lighting and video). Sunday mornings you can find me in the tech booth in the balcony directing the technical team.
I married my amazing wife Holly in September of 2018. We have a son named Logan. I enjoy all things tech as well as woodworking and building things.
The thing that I love most about Calvary is the rock solid biblical teaching. Our pastors don’t shy away from the hard truths and are constantly challenging us to live for Christ daily.

I married my wonderful wife, Devon, in August of 2023. I enjoy spending time with friends, whether that be playing video games or discussing theology, and playing music.
Calvary has been my home away from home for as long as I can remember. It's an environment that not only provides comfort and care, but really tests and grows my faith regularly. The family I found here at Calvary is unlike any other. If you're looking for a place to belong, our arms are wide open.

I have been involved in Calvary's family ministries since 2019, but was graciously offered the position of Intern in May of 2023. My heart and my desire is to see the youngest in the church grow in their knowledge and love of the Scriptures, and in turn, grow in their personal dedication to the Lord.
I am currently a student at Heritage College, doing a Bachelor of Theology with the hope of entering into full time ministry in the future. I love to read, to write, and to study - but when I'm not in the books, you can find me either playing the piano or enjoying the beauty of God's creation.
I love Calvary for its community, its multitude of ministries, and its commitment to outreach, but above all I love Calvary for its dedication to the truth and supremacy of God's Word: the Bible is the foundation on which everything here is built, developed, and sustained. Calvary truly is a wonderful church to work in, and to call home.
