Family Ministries Pastor (Full-Time)

We are seeking a full-time pastor who is a devoted follower of Jesus and eager to see God’s Kingdom grow. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with solid vocational ministry experience and a heart for children and families. A relevant post-secondary education is required, with a Bible College or Seminary degree (or currently enrolled) preferred.
The successful candidate must be an active member of Calvary Baptist Church or willing to become one, fully embracing our mission, values, and Statement of Faith. They must also be eligible to meet the pastoral requirements of the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Canada.
This role provides pastoral leadership and shepherding for Calvary’s Children and Family Ministries. The pastor will develop and implement ministry strategies aligned with Calvary’s mission, equip families for discipleship, and care for children and their parents. In partnership with the Children & Family Ministries (CFM) Associate, this role will oversee Sunday Spark City, Tuesday Clubs, and Children’s Outreach Programs, while ensuring compliance with Calvary’s Vulnerable Persons Policy.
