Rick Baker
SENIOR PASTOR
Rick is a die-hard Bruin's fan. He is a graduate of University of Western Ontario, London Baptist Seminary and is presently enrolled in doctoral studies at Liberty University. Rick's time is spent preaching, teaching, and team leading. Rick currently serves on the board of Heritage College and Seminary. He is married to Lyn and has three grown children: Graydon, Jordan, and Bronwyn. Rick's passion is to see the Calvary community impact Durham region and the world for Christ through total praise and total trust.

Jonathan Stairs
PASTOR OF ADULT MINISTRIES
Jonathan is an avid outdoorsman. He and his wife Lori are both pastors' kids with Jonathan being a third generation pastor. Jonathan is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL with a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN. At present he is enrolled in doctoral studies at Liberty University. They have four children: Jessie, Josiah, Noah and Luke. Jonathan's passion in ministry is to glorify God through equipping His people.

Steve Cottrell
PASTOR OF MUSIC AND WORSHIP ARTS
Steve is the true fisherman of the group. He is passionate about creating an environment in which true worship occurs. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Music Degree from Wilfred Laurier University and a Master of Music Education from the University of Toronto. Steve also studied in the Bachelor of Sacred Music program at Canadian Bible College. Steve is married to Debbie and they have three children: Rachel, Katie and Ben.

Dwayne Francois
PASTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES
Dwayne likes to hike and mountain bike. He loves the vibrancy of youth and hopes that every student he meets will understand how much God loves them and wants them to experience an amazing life in Christ. Dwayne graduated from Western University with a Mechanical Engineering degree as well as a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Heritage College and Seminary. He is married to Hannah and they have 3 children: Isaiah, Kya and Jahmai.

Ken De'Ath
PASTOR OF CHURCH FAMILY CARE
Ken enjoys being outdoors especially on the golf course or trekking marathons. He holds B. Comm. and B. Ed. degrees from the University of Toronto. Ken and his wife Judy have 3 grown daughters: Kim, Becky and Sarah, and an ever growing troupe of grandchildren. Ken is responsible for visitation, congregational care and north of 50 adults of the church.

Kelvin Kauffeldt
PASTOR OF FAMILY & OUTREACH MINISTRIES
Kelvin loves the outdoors, sports and working with his hands. Having grown up in Africa as a missionary kid, he has endless stories about life in boarding school and has developed an eclectic taste in food and spices. Kelvin gives leadership to the Family and Outreach Ministries with a passion to help families grow in their faith and a heart to see Jesus introduced to those who are lost. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Inter-Cultural Religious Studies from Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C.. Kelvin is married to Jen and they have four children: Jason, Darrell, Natalie and April.

Graydon Baker
MISSION/PASTORAL INTERN
Graydon went to the University of Guelph where he studied zoology, with dreams of becoming the next Crocodile Hunter. That dream became reality in September 2006; however, he was serving as a missionary in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, in eastern Africa at the time and consequently was unprepared. As a result, he sits in his little cubicle at the church office, spear in hand and pet piranha at his side, should that call ever come again. In the meantime he ministers to our Young Adults and would like to start a ministry at the local university. His favourite stories include David, from David & Goliath, and Rudy of Notre Dame. He believes through God’s strength little guys can defeat giants, and like a disease he passionately tries to infect others with that as well.
