PURPOSE
To provide a biblically based pre-school program that acts as an introduction to structured educational activities. This program works as a gradual transition into full time public, private or Christian schooling. It serves church families and reaches out into the community.

PHILOSOPHY
Joy Pre-School is an enriching program providing a warm, caring atmosphere where children may choose to participate in various child and adult directed activities, in order to promote healthy overall development. In a positive learning environment, children, through play experiences, the guidance of qualified staff and careful planning, will be exposed to activities at their level of development that will stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, physical and spiritual growth. All spiritual and moral teaching will be in agreement with the Statement of Faith of Calvary Baptist Church.

PROGRAM SCHEDULING
3 YEAR OLD Program:
> Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:45 to 11:15 a.m.
> Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:45 to 11:15 a.m.

Junior and Senior Kindergarten Program:
Monday to Friday afternoons 12:45 to 3:15 p.m.

ENROLLMENT
> 3 YEAR OLD program is open to children three (3) years old on or before Dec. 31, 2010
and limited to 16-20 children.
> JK Program is open to children four (4) years old on or before Dec. 31, 2010.
> SK Program is open to children five (5) on or before Dec. 31, 2010.

Enrollment will be on a first come first served basis. A waiting list will be developed if interest exceeds the available openings.

STAFF
Each program is taught by E.C.E. qualified and experienced staff.
Written evaluation of each child’s progress will be provided three times throughout the year.

Registrations will be accepted starting Feb. 18, 2010 on a first-come first-served basis.
The registration fee is $40.00.

COST
3 Year Old program - 2 mornings  $130.00/month
3 Year Old program - 4 mornings  $250/month
JK/SK (5 half-days) $265.00/month
